Training for 3 February 2016 (Wednesday)
1. There will be training on Wednesday.
2. Wednesday’s training will be from 3pm - 5:30pm.
3. Sec 1s are to fall-in in PT-kit at the quadrangle (in front of the science block)
4. Sec 2, 3 and 4 are to fall-in in half uniform at the quadrangle (in front of the science block)

 
Things to bring:
        1. Water bottle for all
   2.   PT-kit for all

Training for 5 February 2016 (Friday)

1.     There will be no training on Friday due to Lunar New Year Celebration.



ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
